Depending upon the requirement of the customers, we ensure the fastest and the most consistent levels of performance . The lamination setup at the Bilaspur unit of GLS houses nine advanced laminators sourced from globally acclaimed manufacturers like Nordmecanica and Rollon to offer the best coating widths with capacity to reach speeds up to 350m/min.
This advanced process allows us to achieve high quality laminates for a variety of substrates including technically demanding composite bases that are a norm in the current flexible packaging trends.
GLS has capability to produce laminates for different product applications.
